Where does the data come from?
Our platform aggregates data from multiple institutional-grade sources, including TradingView for charting and various providers for market data, news, and economic events.

How often is the scanner data updated?
The scanner runs continuously, but the signals are based on the close of the Daily and Hourly candles. You can expect the data to be refreshed in near real-time as new price information becomes available.

Can I connect this to my broker?
Yes, the dashboard is designed to be connected to external execution platforms, such as MetaTrader 4 or 5, via a trade bridge. Please refer to our integration guides for setup instructions.

Troubleshooting

Charts are not loading correctly.
This can sometimes be caused by a browser extension (like an ad blocker) interfering with the data scripts. Try disabling your extensions or using an incognito/private browser window. If the problem persists, please clear your browser cache.

The “AI Summary” fails to generate.
This can happen if there is a temporary issue with the AI model connection or if the market data for the selected symbol is incomplete. Please wait a moment and try again. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
